개인정보 수집·이용 동의 / Consent to collect and use personal information
- 수집 항목: 이름, 성별, 생년월일, 연락처, 이메일, 주소, 가족 관계, 그리고 알려 주신 경우 건강·의료 관련 정보(알레르기, 지병, 복용 약, 돌봄 시 주의사항 등). 자녀의 정보는 보호자가 대신 입력합니다. / Data collected: name, gender, date of birth, contact details, address and family relationships and, if you choose to provide it, health and medical information (such as allergies, conditions, medication and care notes). A parent or guardian enters a child's details.
- 이용 목적: 교인 관리, 출석 확인, 결석 시 안부 연락, 교회 소식 안내, 비상 연락. / Purpose: membership records, attendance, pastoral follow-up, church communication and emergency contact.
- 건강·의료 정보는 민감한 정보입니다. 입력은 선택 사항이며, 아이들을 안전하게 돌보고 응급 상황에 대처하기 위한 목적으로만 쓰입니다. 보호자(본인)와 관리자, 그리고 해당 자녀를 맡은 같은 부서 교사만 볼 수 있습니다. / Health and medical information is sensitive. Providing it is optional and it is used only to care for people safely and respond in an emergency. Only the person (or parent or guardian), staff, and teachers of the child's department can see it.
- 열람과 연락: 교회에서 권한을 받은 담당자와, 업무상 필요한 부서·기관이 열람하고 연락할 수 있습니다. / Authorised church admins, and departments or groups that need it for their work, may view your details and contact you.
- 영리 목적으로 사용하거나 교회 밖에 제공하지 않습니다. / Your information will not be used commercially or given to anyone outside the church.
- 보관과 삭제: 교인으로 등록되어 있는 동안 보관하며, 본인이 요청하면 삭제합니다. / Retention: kept while you are registered as a member, and deleted on your request.
